Effective leadership is about both substance and style.  Great leaders are great strategists, great problem-solvers, and great people leaders.  Equally important is their ability to establish a presence that conveys authority and inspires confidence and loyalty.  This workshop will discuss specific tactics for women leaders to enhance their “leadership persona” to build their credibility and inspire their followers.
