Anita is a multi-cultural, cross-border business strategist who founded Royal Roots Global Inc. in 1994. Royal Roots is a management and investment consultancy focusing on U.S.-China business activities. Headquartered in Chicago with a liaison office in Washington D.C. and associates in Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing, Royal Roots' projects cover China, England, France, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and the United States.

Anita is a frequent speaker in Illinois and China's business, government, and academic communities. She is also regularly interviewed by the press to share her experience in the U.S.-China space - WTTW Channel 11, Financial Times, Business 2.0, China Fortune, World News Journal and Xinhua News Agency.

Anita graduated summa cum laude from Loyola University Chicago with a BBA in economics. She also earned an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
