Pat is a member of the Worldwide Operations team and serves as Vice President of Billing and Collections. In this role, Pat is responsible for managing a multi-billion dollar portfolio of billings related to Commercial Property and Casualty insurance coverage. She is responsible for a staff of 300 Associates in three operating locations in Chicago, Maitland, FL and Reading, PA. In addition to her daily management responsibilities, Pat is also leading a multi-million dollar business transformation project for the Risk Management coverage line. Through this transformation, CNA will upgrade information technology, re-engineer its internal work processes and re-train talent to deliver best in class service.

Pat comes to CNA from JP Morgan Chase (formally Bank One), where she was Senior Vice President of Government Financial Solutions. During her tenure at the Bank, Pat developed solutions for government entities' treasury management needs and nurtured Bank One's relationship with government customers. She has more than 30 years banking industry experience in areas ranging from corporate treasury sales and service to global cash management, disbursement services, credit process reengineering, and treasury management solutions development and delivery to government entities. In addition, Pat serves as Board Chair of Centers for New Horizons. She is also the recipient of the 2003 National Eagle Leadership Award.

Pat received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy; and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
