Michele co-founded Pronto Connections, Inc., a successful, family-owned inbound Call Center. In 1995, Michele became President of the company. In 1999, she purchased the company from her mother and has continued to expand its offerings throughout its market niche for the last eight years. This constant expansion and development has lead to an average annual growth between 15 and 20 percent.
Michele has an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University in Communications and has done graduate work on a fiction writing degree at Columbia College in Chicago.
