Gail is a Consultant with the Chicago Office of RHR International. With a strong background in the behavioral sciences as well as in international business, she is recognized for her proficiency in working with individuals as well as multinational corporations. Gail specializes in helping organizations to assess and develop leadership effectiveness at the senior executive level, build effective business-driven teams, and manage the increasing pace of change. She also designs and executes programs to prepare high potential executives for future leadership roles. She has a special interest in executive selection and cultural integration in mergers and acquisitions. Her expertise and consulting skills have benefited organizations in a variety of industries, including Fortune 1000 companies in the consumer products, financial services, retailing, technology, and professional services sectors.

Before joining RHR International in 2003, Gail was the Chief Psychologist of Golden Psychology Services in London, Ontario, where she managed a team of professionals who consulted to a select group of clients in organization change and career management. She also served as adjunct professor at the University of Western Ontario from 1993 to 2003.

Gail received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Chicago. She received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Indiana University, and her MBA in 2003 from The Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario. The author of several scholarly articles, Gail is in demand as a speaker, presenting symposia at numerous conferences. She is a registered psychologist in Illinois.
