  Cassandra Crawley,

Cassandra is the Vice President, Client Relations in the Health Care Division of Sodexo, the leading provider of food and facilities management services in North America. In this role, she serves as a catalyst for change in the way the organization acquires and retains its business. She collaborates with all levels of the division to create systemic change and root cause problem solving on behalf of driving improved client retention. During her two decade tenure in the Hospitality Industry, she has held various positions of increasing importance. Positions included Manager, Director, Project Management, and Product Development Lead, Chaired a committee formed to certify the first diversity affinity network group within Sodexo, and a General Manager. She was the first African American female General Manager for Courtyard by Marriott Hotel. She has achieved awards and recognized for outstanding financial and operational results.

Cassandra serves on the School of Hospitality and Tourism Advisory Board at Morgan State University. Cassandra is also an Industry Advisory Board Member at Lexington College. She also speaks nationally on topics such as, client retention, employee retention, customer service, how to build effective relationships, ability to demonstrate and convey value to clients and customers, formula for success, and 'your' personal and business board of directors.

A graduate of Morgan State University, Cassandra holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. She received a Master Degree in Organizational Development from Johns Hopkins University, and a Johns Hopkins "Fellow" in Change Management. She has also obtained an Entrepreneur Business Degree from The Joseph School of Business, in Chicago, Illinois.
