Tara Goff Kamradt

Tara Goff Kamradt, Partner, Katten Munchin Rosenman LLP, represents public and private companies in a variety of industries in structuring and negotiating mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, as well as general corporate and transactional matters and their day-to-day legal needs.

She also has signifi cant experience in advising companies in the health care industry in matters relating to establishing joint venture relationships and structuring transactions and commercial arrangements with third parties.

Ms. Kamradt serves as Co-Chair of the Firm’s Women’s Leadership Forum, and is a founder and member of the Board of Directors of the Coalition for Women’s Initiatives in Law Firms. She is also the 2009 Chair of the American Heart Association’s Chicago Circle of Red and a member of the Executive Leadership Team of the American Heart Association 2009 Chicago Go Red for Women Event. In addition, Ms. Kamradt serves on the Board of Directors of the Chicago Center for Family Health and the Board of Directors of the National Kidney Foundation of Illinois.

Ms. Kamradt earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Penn State University and her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School, where she was editor of the New York Law School Law Review.
