Practice Description

Ms. Corrado’s cross-border practice includes the coordination and implementation of multi-country corporate transactions and restructurings outside the U.S. specifi cally the implementation of multi-country corporate restructuring projects such as post-acquisition integrations and supply chain restructurings. In addition, Ms. Corrado counsels U.S. multinationals in connection with their international operations and advises U.S. multinationals in connection with the corporate and foreign investment compliance and maintenance of their global corporate portfolio.

• U.S. food company with the planning and implementation of a supply chain restructuring covering all European countries (Ongoing)

• Major U.S. medical instruments company with a post-acquisition integration in more than 30 countries in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia (Ongoing)

• Major pharmaceutical company with a post-acquisition integration in more than 60 countries in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia (Ongoing)

• French electrical control and distribution equipment company with the first phase of a post-acquisition integration in more than 10 countries (2008)

• U.S. chemical company with the planning and implementation of a supply chain restructuring covering all major European countries (2007)

• U.S. pharmaceutical information company with the implementation of a restructuring creating an Asia Pacifi c headquarter structure (2007)

• Major U.S. media company with a restructuring in preparation of a partial initial public offering of one division and the spin-off of another division involving 12 jurisdictions in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia (2005)
