| Rebecca Ford Terry joined Draper and Kramer, Incorporated in 2002. She serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel and is responsible for oversight of the corporation’s legal matters. She also serves as an executive on various non-legal corporate projects. Previously, she has served as Executive Vice President for litigation and intellectual property at the movie studio, Metro-Goldwyn Mayer; as Acting Director of Emerging Domestic Markets at the Milken Institute, an economic policy think tank; and as an attorney at the Wall Street law fi rm of White & Case. Rebecca is a Trustee of the Field Museum of Natural History and is on the Board of Trustees of the Goodman Theater, the Chicago Humanities Festival, the Harold Washington Literary Award and the Heartland Literary Society. She has been a theater critic for the Chicago Reader and frequently contributes book reviews to the Chicago Tribune. She has also written articles for The Milken Institute Review, The American Lawyer and The New York Law Journal. She was a writer and editor of the American Bar Association’s Committee on Ethics and Professionalism Newsletter. Rebecca is a graduate of Harvard University and the University of Chicago Law School. She is a member of the bar in Illinois, New York, California, Massachusetts, the District of Columbia and the United States Supreme Court. |
