    Ms. Davis oversees the Exelon diversity and compliance function as well as company wide recruiting.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Davis was associate general counsel for ethics and compliance, responsible for the development and implementation of ethics and compliance policies and programs for the company.

Davis is a former partner in the government relations and labor and employment practices in the Chicago offi ce of Winston & Strawn LLP. She also has extensive experience in the public sector, including her most recent service as chief of staff to the Chicago Public Schools CEO. She served nine years as general counsel to the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority, and also worked for the City of Chicago’s law department and the Chicago offi ce of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Davis is a past president of the Lawyers Trust Fund of Illinois; a member of the Chicago Board of Education; and Trustee for the Chicago Teachers Pension Fund. She is also a member of the Advisory Committee to the Rowe-Clark Math and Science Academy charter school in Chicago, a member of the Art Institute of Chicago Committee on Museum Education and a volunteer attorney for Chicago Volunteer Legal Services.

Davis received a bachelor’s degree in social welfare from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in 1976 and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1979. She is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Illinois and Wisconsin.
