Nancy Pacher, a principal of U.S. Equities Realty, has been the firm’s president since 1993 and the director of the Real Estate Consulting and Brokerage Services group since joining the fi rm in 1984. An attorney, Pacher has gained national recognition for her representation of major space users.
Pacher has acted as chief negotiator in major lease and lease/equity transactions totaling tens of millions of square feet for offi ce space users throughout the United States. Pacher has twice received the coveted “Broker of the Year” award presented by Crain’s Chicago Business, fi rst in 1987 for her work completed during 1986, and in 2005, for transactions consummated in 2004. She has been a fi nalist in four other years. Other professional accomplishments include: Commercial Property News “Top Brokers 2004,” Crain’s Chicago Business “100 Most Infl uential Women in Chicago” in 1996 and Honorary Mention in 2004, Crain’s Chicago Business “Who’s Who in Chicago Business” since 2005, and Today’s Chicago Woman 20th Anniversary Hall of Fame.

Before joining U.S. Equities, Pacher served for four years as a Senior Vice President and principal of Howard Ecker & Co. She began her real estate career in 1975 as the fi rst woman attorney at the Chicago law firm of Katten, Muchin, Gitles, Zavis, Pearl & Galler (now Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP).
Pacher graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Georgetown University and received her Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University.
