Lisa Langfeldt

Lisa began her career in the restaurant industry in 1989 as a server to put herself through college. At the time, Lisa was studying to become a court reporter. Lisa felt a connection to the industry and after she completed her degree, became a manager for Bob Chinn’s Crab House. She grew her career with the company until 1998 when she joined Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants and Shaw’s Crab House.

 

Lisa started her tenure at LEYE working in operations as a manager with the Shaw’s team. Within two years, she was appointed General Manager with Shaw’s Crab House. She stayed in operations management roles until January 2005 when she joined the Lettuce Corporate team as a Recruiter for all of the LEYE concepts.

 

In her recruiting role, Lisa is very active with all of the divisions and concepts primarily focusing on recruiting for salaried positions in the restaurants as well as corporate level recruiting. She is also involved in recruiting for LEYE’s summer college intern program for both Chicago and Minneapolis and is the point person for the college campus visits. Her current role is truly a blend of all of her professional experience over the years coming together under one area of responsibility. Lisa is excited to be a part of recruiting talented people into a fi eld that is so rewarding.
