Kristie Paskvan serves as Mesirow Financial’s chief fi nancial offi cer and a member of the firm’s executive committee. Kristie is responsible for the company’s overall fi nancial plans related to financing, acquisition analysis, capital usage, strategic planning and business profi tability. Before her promotion to chief fi nancial offi cer in 1999, Kristie established the planning and analysis department within the fi rm. She joined Mesirow Financial in 1997 through the acquisition of Stein & Company, where she served as chief fi nancial offi cer. She is registered as an Allied Member and holds an FINRA Series 27 license. Kristie has been a member of the FINRA Financial Responsibility Committee since 2004. Currently, she is a member the Illinois CPA Society, and a governing board member of Gilda’s Club of Chicago. Kristie received her master of business administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Illinois.
