Kathleen M. Kedrowski

Kathi is a Managing Director in Navigant’s Disputes and Investigations Practice and leads Navigant’s national Intellectual Property Practice. With over 22 years experience, Kathi performs a variety of economic, business and fi nancial analyses on behalf of clients in intellectual property, licensing and other disputes. She also advises clients on the strategic use of intellectual assets. Kathi has testifi ed as a damages and licensing expert in both Federal and State court as well as before arbitration tribunals. She has consulted on matters before the ITC. Kathi is a frequent speaker and writer on topics involving intellectual property.

 

Kathi also serves as an adjunct instruction at the University of Chicago’s Graham School of General Studies, where she teaches Financial Accounting. Besides her CPA certifi cation, Kathi has received the Licensing Executive Society’s Certifi ed Licensing Professional (CLP) designation and is Certifi ed in Financial Forensics (CFF) from the AICPA. She serves on the AICPA’s National Forensic and Litigation Services Committee and as an Editorial Advisor for the AICPA’s Journal of Accountancy.
