Felicia serves as the Dean of Student Affairs of Kendall College. As Dean of Student Affairs, Felicia is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, healthy, and supportive environment and culture that synthesizes the intellectual, physical, social and emotional development of the college’s students.

Felicia is an award winning professional with a passion for performance. She has over 20 years of professional experience with a successful track record in hospitality, public service, higher education administration, training & development and management.

Felicia sits on the Advisory Boards of Coppin House and is a member of Leed Council Chicago’s Board of Directors.

Felicia received an AAS in Culinary Arts and BA in Hospitality Management from Kendall College, a Masters in Public Administration from IIT and has pursued post-graduate studies at the University of Chicago.
